Agreement
By downloading or using ChatBKP (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChatBKP for personal and professional purposes, subject to these terms and the applicable platform's standard end-user license terms where required.
Permitted Use
You may use ChatBKP for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. Import only archives you are entitled to hold.
Your Data
Your conversation history is yours. ChatBKP claims no rights over the archives you import, the searchable library it builds, or the files you export. We never see any of them.
Support Purchases
Every reading, search, import, and export feature in ChatBKP is free. Optional support subscriptions fund compatibility with future operating-system releases, updates when export files from Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, or DeepSeek change, and substantial product improvements. Subscribers also receive priority email support and consideration of feature requests. Payment never controls access to your archive. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple or Google account, renew automatically until cancelled, and are managed through that store.
Backups Are Your Responsibility
- ChatBKP is a reader and an archive tool, not a backup service. It runs on your device and holds what you import into it.
- You remain responsible for backing up your device, and for keeping copies of exports you consider irreplaceable.
- Importing a later export does not remove conversations simply because they are absent from that export.
Export Files and Accuracy
- ChatBKP reads export files created by other services. Those services do not publish complete format rules and may change their files without notice.
- ChatBKP keeps each imported original unchanged. Re-exporting that original produces an exact copy.
- A merged archive is a new Claude-format file made from the Claude content ChatBKP can read. It is not an exact copy and may omit fields ChatBKP does not use. Check any merged archive before relying on it.

Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI. Mistral, Le Chat, and Vibe are trademarks of Mistral AI. DeepSeek is a trademark of its owner, Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Basic Technology Research Co., Ltd. Apple, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. ChatBKP is an independent tool that reads export files those services give you; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, completely error-free behavior, or compatibility with every past or future export file from another service.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatBKP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, goodwill, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or within the App during the twelve months before the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
